The Villa

Our air-conditioned Villa accommodates 10 people comfortably
and is tastefully furnished throughout.
It has 5 Bedrooms, Living Room, Kitchen, Dining area and a Second Lounge.
The pool and Lanai at the back of the villa benefit from a southerly aspect, with uninterrupted views of the Orlando countryside, altogether offering an ideal retreat after a busy day at the theme parks and attractions.

	Living Room There are two comfortable seating areas in the villa. The main living room is fully carpeted and follows through from the open plan kitchen and dining area. It has a relaxing and spacious feel and is comfortably furnished with two sofas, side tables and extendable coffee table. The entertainment centre houses a large 30 in widescreen cable television with a separate DVD and VCR player. The living room also has patio doors that lead directly on to the lanai at the rear of the villa, with swimming pool and patio area.
Second Lounge The second lounge or family room is also fully carpeted and furnished with two sofas, side tables and coffee table. There is 27 in television complete with a DVD and VCR player as well as a portable music ‘boombox’ for your enjoyment.
	Kitchen and Dining area The modern fitted kitchen and breakfast bar is well equipped with full size electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer with ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, kettle and a comprehensive selection of crockery cutlery and cooking implements for your use. Nearby is the utility room offering full laundry facilities – washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Dining Room In the dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, there is a large table and 6 chairs for dining and two further stools at the breakfast bar. This area offers direct access through to the spacious double garage and the second lounge across the bright open plan hallway.
	Master Bedroom There are two master bedrooms in the villa , both with queen size beds, walk in wardrobes, cable TV and are tastefully furnished with full ensuite bathroom facilities. One of the master bedroom’s offers direct access to the patio and pool area at the rear of the villa.
3rd Bedroom The fully carpeted 3rd bedroom offers another queen size bed, with walk in wardrobe and portable cable television.
	Twin Bedrooms There are 2 twin bedrooms in the villa both with 2 3ft single beds, walk in wardrobes, portable TV’s and are fully carpeted. There is a 3rd bathroom in the villa, with double basin, shower, bath and WC. This is close to both the twin rooms and the 3rd bedroom.

Pool Area

      

The Pool and Lanai at the rear of the villa benefit from a southerly aspect, with great uninterrupted views of the peaceful Orlando countryside. Altogether, offering an ideal retreat after a busy day at the nearby theme parks and attractions.

The inviting 24ft x 12ft swimming pool is ideally situated for relaxing and enjoying the wonderful Orlando countryside views. The lanai has a table and 4 chairs and the sunloungers at the extended poolside decking area are the ideal place to soak up the warm Florida sunshine.
